Individual Coaching & Integration
Individual sessions offer a dedicated space for reflection, integration, and support through periods of transition or intensity. The work may include conversation, somatic awareness, breath, and sound, depending on what feels most supportive.
1:1 and Group Breathwork
1:1 and Group Breathwork
Guided breathwork sessions held for individuals or in a small group setting. These sessions support emotional release, clarity, and nervous system regulation within a contained environment.
1:1 and Group Sound Therapy
1:1 and Group Sound Therapy
Sound-based sessions using instruments and resonance to support relaxation, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation. Sound therapy may be offered on its own or woven into individual work.

A first session is a conversation. We take time to understand what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping for, and what feels supportive right now. From there, we move at a pace that feels appropriate — there’s no fixed agenda or expectation.
Do I need prior experience with therapy, coaching, breathwork or altered states?

No. This work meets you where you are. Some people come with years of experience; others are entirely new. There is no “right” way to arrive, and nothing you need to prepare in advance.
