About Anna
About Anna
My work sits at the intersection of coaching, somatic practice, and integration support. I work with people who are navigating transition, intensity, or a sense that something wants to shift — even if it’s not yet clear what that is.
I don’t work from a fixed method or protocol. Instead, sessions are shaped by what’s present, with an emphasis on pacing, safety, and listening to what’s emerging rather than forcing change.

My Approach
My Approach
Depending on what’s needed, our work may include conversation, reflection, somatic awareness, sound, breathwork, or integration support. These elements are offered as tools — not requirements — and we decide together what feels appropriate. Some sessions are primarily conversational. Others are more experiential. The focus is always on supporting clarity, regulation, and agency.

My background and approach
My background and approach
I am a coach, therapist and integration guide working at the intersection of conversation, somatic awareness, and reflective practice. My work is informed by many years of experience supporting people through transition, intensity, and moments where familiar ways of being no longer quite fit.I’m particularly interested in how change unfolds when it’s not rushed — when there’s space to listen, regulate, and allow meaning to emerge rather than be imposed. I work with individuals privately, in person and online, as well as through small group and retreat settings.

We begin with a simple conversation. That initial exchange is an opportunity for both of us to sense whether working together feels aligned. There is no obligation to continue beyond that.
